River Expeditions now offers an exclusive service for our guests – freedom to change your mind and not worry if you have to cancel or reschedule your adventure for any reason with the purchase of Cancellation Guarantee. This will protect your investment in case of illness/medical issues, accidents, deployment or transportation delay/accident or other unforeseen factors.
Cancellation Guarantee must be purchased at the time of booking.
- A 7% Cancellation Guarantee Fee will be charged on the reservation for rafting, zipline or on-site lodging. This fee is non-refundable. It is not available on outside lodging or activities.
- Guests receive a Full Refund less their 7% Cancellation Guarantee Fee for reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date.
- With the purchase of Cancellation Guarantee, you may reschedule your reservation within 72 hours of the arrival date.
