White Oak Rail Trail Weekend Special

Every year in Fayette County, West Virginia, the White Oak Rail Trail Expo is held adjacent to the New River Gorge on the White Oak Trail. This Expo features over 180 food and craft vendors, live music and giveaways situated throughout the trail. This annual event falls on Saturday, June 6^th this year, allowing for optimal weather conditions for this and other fun outdoor activities on the following Sunday – including whitewater rafting!

River Expeditions will be hosting a “Sunday-Funday” of whitewater rafting – at a great package price. Guests have the option to arrive at the Adventure Resort on Friday, allowing for a great night in WV and an early start to the Expo on Saturday. Guests can then enjoy the day at the Expo, or even exploring some of the other local attractions, including shopping, horseback riding, and hiking. Sunday will be packed full of whitewater rafting on the New or Gauley Rivers.
